Terms of use

PedalForce is an app by Insodia LLC (530b Harkle Road, Suite 100, Santa Fe, NM 87505, United States). By using it you accept these terms.

1. Health and safety

• PedalForce is not a medical device and does not replace a doctor's advice. Targets, zones, estimates and stats are for guidance only.
• Consult a doctor before you start training, especially if you have any health condition, take medication or haven't exercised in a while.
• Stop immediately if you feel chest pain, dizziness, shortness of breath or any discomfort.
• Tests and maximal efforts are demanding: only do them if you are fit enough.
• Set up and use the bike and the trainer according to their manufacturer's instructions. You train at your own risk.

2. Your account and your profiles

You are responsible for what is done with your account and for the data you enter. If you share the tablet, protect your profile with a PIN.

3. PedalForce Premium

• Premium is a subscription purchased and managed in the App Store or Google Play. The price is the one shown in the store before you buy.
• It renews automatically at the end of each period unless you cancel at least 24 hours before, from your store account settings.
• If there is a free trial, you are charged when it ends unless you cancel before. Refunds are handled by the store according to its rules.
• On iPhone and iPad, Apple's standard license agreement also applies.

4. Content

PedalForce's workouts, plans, texts and graphics are ours and we provide them for your personal use. The workouts you import or share are your responsibility: do not share content you don't have rights to.

5. Acceptable use

Do not try to access other people's data, tamper with the app or its servers, or use it for anything illegal.

6. The app as is

We improve PedalForce often and may change or remove features. We do not guarantee that it works with every device or without interruptions. Nothing in this limits your statutory rights as a consumer.

7. Liability

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for injuries or damages arising from training, or for indirect damages. We do not exclude liability that the law does not allow to be excluded.

8. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Mexico (United States), without prejudice to the consumer protection rules of your country of residence, which always apply.
